The Chairman opened the meeting at 7.15pm 

Agenda 

The fixtures between The Roebuck and The Glen B to be reversed.

The matter was raised as to why there was no fixtures on 9th February 2027.

Iain has now rearranged the fixtures to accommodate this date.

The draws were made for the following competions.

The team knockout 

Tha singles

The pairs

The mixed pairs.

The singles to played across 4 venues to accommodate The Roebuck and The Forest Home.

Due to the number of participants in the pairs and mixed pairs it was decided to play these across 2 venues to reduce the number of byes.

Because of the number of participants at each venue it was decided to hold these at The Glen and the Royal British Legion, Fawley because of the capacity.

The Chairman closed the meeting at 8.00pm.

The next committee meeting will be October 26th at 7.15pm at The Glen
