WATERSIDE CRIB LEAGUE CONSTITUTION
AMENDED AT THE 1998 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
THE ORIGINAL WAS DRAWN UP ON THE 26TH JULY 1980
- The league will be called 'THE WATERSIDE CRIB LEAGUE'
- The league will be formed with teams from the Waterside area and other licensed premises invited to participate
- The league will have a committee which will consist of a Chairman, Secretary and a Treasurer, plus 6 Committee members. Each shall have 1 vote with the Chairman's vote being the casting vote should there be a deadlock.
- The aim of the league is to be a local charity league. A donation for the need of a local charity or purpose will be made.
- The league shall not run at a loss. Any deficiency of funds must be accounted for by either increasing league fees to account for the loss, or the committee itself will be responsible for the loss.
- All monies collected shall be deposited into a bank or building society account, and records to be presented to the committee at regular intervals by the league treasurer.
- Policy decisions can only be discussed and amended at an AGM.
- Any team wishing to play for the forthcoming season must send a representative to the main AGM with the appropriate league fees.
